Amazing hotel with perfect service. All the staff from concierge to maintenance were polite and very helpful. The experience of using the club lounge was first class. The staff were attentive, discreet and friendly. The food was well prepared and presented very well. We decided to have a weekend in Perth for our wedding anniversary and were so pleased we had chosen the Pan Pacific. It was truly relaxing and we will definitely stay again. Next time I think we will just stay in the hotel and enjoy the atmosphere.
10/10 - love the hotel, the rooms beautiful, newly-renovated, the service.nnLocation isn’t the most central but within the free travel area, buses are very frequent too so not a problem. Less noise too compared to city center.
We were given the old room when we checked in and found that the room was not properly cleaned hairs in the bathroom and yellow stains on toilet bowl. We told the receptionist and she change our room to the newly renovated area. We were very thankful that the room change happened smoothly with her assistance.nBreakfast was amazing. A solid 10/10.nRoom is nice and clean, shower water pressure . Gym is a little old but good enough. Pool is small but clean and nice.nOverall very satisfied with the stay and thank you for the hospitality.
If I could give zero stars, I would. As someone representing a company that provides regular business to the Pan Pacific through a corporate account, I expected at least basic professionalism and courtesy—but what I got was the complete opposite.nn1/3/25, I was there to pick up our guests—for whom we had booked five rooms that night—only to be rudely confronted by an overzealous security guard. Despite there being multiple free bays out front, he insisted that I move, claiming there wasn’t enough space which was blatantly untrue. I politely explained that I was only going to be there for five minutes and that my company is a repeat customer bringing them significant business, but he flat-out said he didn’t care and told me to wait in the middle of the road instead.nnExcuse me? I’m trying to ensure our clients are transported smoothly, and this is the level of service we receive? Completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and arrogance from this so-called security staff member reflects extremely poorly on the hotel’s management and customer service standards.nnPan Pacific, if you care at all about your corporate clientele, you need to retrain your staff and remind them that they work in hospitality, not a power-trip fantasy. I have strongly advised my company not to book with you again.
Honestly one of the best stays I’ve had in a while, especially when it comes to customer service, it’s very rare these days, good customer service. From the concierge, to the reception, to the restaurants and bar staff, to the security, rooms service staff, everyone, I couldn’t fault anyone. But in particular Juan and Marja-lese sorry I know I’m not spelling it right they were beyond helpful and went over and beyond, thank you to them and everyone at this hotel. I will be returning 100% and looking forward to seeing the reception renovations competed. Definitely recommend this hotel to all.
