The hotel is located in a convenient spot with affordable parking options a short walk away. Staff are friendly and helpful.nUnfortunately for the price I was a bit disappointed.nThe rooms are quite noisy, with a lack of sound proofing from neighbours and the hallways especially. During the stay there was only one functioning elevator which was annoying. The wifi wasn't the best but serviceable. The room needs better lighting installed and is quite dark with all the lights on. For the price I paid I would prefer to stay somewhere cheaper with a similar experience or pay slightly more for a better experience. The cafe and bar downstairs are a nice addition.
We were put here for one night after Perth airport couldn't fly any planes out from the airport. After a wait of over seven hours both of us were shattered by the time we got here.nnThe bed was nice and comfy and the bathroom had a separate shower and a bath. A bit dated as far as looks but were a big dated but was very comfortable.
My only issue was parking, no place to park by hotel. Would have to go/pay at a nearby parking garage or for their vallet service. I understand that it's in the center of the community. I just don't like that when you're booking the hotel and looking at your room details it lists the services available but doesn't mention you have to pay extra when the website makes it seems like it's included with the room. It's still priced well.nnOtherwise it's a great hotel and I have no complaints. It's a great location.
The best thing about this hotel is its location. The rooms are really in a desperate need of upgrade. There was a rusty shower rail, mold on the ceiling, which the hotel offered to bleach whilst we were in the room! Of course we've refused. There was a plaster missing off the walls, the door's paint was scraped as if someone was trying to scratch out of there. Room service were lovely.
Stayed for 5 nights. Since i arrived at the hotel at night, i sent an email to the hotel for late arrival. Room was ready when we checked in and it was fast. As a Platinum member we only received the welcome drinks. Room upgrade and welcome amenity was not given and no mention at all.nnRoom was decent size and a little bit old but the bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was with bathtub and shower and the water pressure was really good. Nice and plenty of tv channel selection for sports lover and movies. Breakfast was also delicious. My only complaint was that the menu was the same for the whole 5 days of our stay. By the 3rd day we got bored and skip the breakfast.nnLocation is also very strategic. If you rent a car, you can park at the covered public carpark at the Perth Concert Hall located just opposite the hotel. Parking is free from 6pm-559am thereafter is about 5Aud per hour. Halal food restaurant was just 5 mins walk from the hotel. You can choose between malaysian cuisine or arabic. Murray street mall is about 10 min walk.nnOverall we enjoyed our stay here.
