Rooms very clean, good view on east side. Carpet weirdly trippable! Tea, coffee, milk, fridge. Iron, iron board did not want to stand up!nnBed sagged to one side when hubby laid down, not very comfy! Room nice and dark.nnLocation fantastic, close to everything in city, taxis out front. Staff friendly and helpful.nnBreakfast at hotel was worth the $25 each for us, good choices available. Was worth staying here, not 5 star but money saving and clean, great location.nnSomeone should get a decent squeegee onto those entrance windows. Not a good look..image matters!
This would have to be one of the best places I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The service from the front door, through to reception, to the restaurant and checking out was absolutely top shelf!! The rooms were amazing and so comfortable. I will be back and highly recommend!
Stayed here with my partner for around a week , the rooms and location were exceptional. However the reception staff in the lobby were friendly but sometimes lacked knowledge for example we had to ask multiple times for our checkout being a bit earlier. For example did not know the nearest train station but suggested to google it which is fine but just odd for a large hotel. Breakfast is particularly excellent.
We had a great 6 nights here. As a status member, we enjoyed the free breakfast each morning wide buffet variety, though same every day, and made to order eggs and the lounge had actual meals, not just finger foods. Pool and gym were nice. Rooms were very comfortable. It's one of the nicer Westin's we've visited over the years
The motel itself was amazing but the knowledge of the staff at reception needs improving. When we were checking in, the staff member charged my daughter-in-law for my room , instead of their room, the staff member asked if that was okay, we said no, to please put the money back on my daughter-in-law‘s card and charge my card for my room, we asked the team member when would the money be returned to my daughter-in-law‘s card. The staff member said it should be straight away, but was not sure, then we were told breakfast was included which we found out the next day, It wasn’t, when I asked the price for breakfast the next day at reception I was told that you pay for adults and the children were free, the next day we went for breakfast and we were charged for adults and children, when I asked why they said I had to join a club before the children could eat free, so confusing when I was informed by staff that they eat for free. Hard to join a club before having breakfast with hungry children.
