From start to finish an excellent experience. The staff were super friendly and professional. Dining was very nice and the staff couldn’t be more helpful.nCheck in was very simple and the front counter receptionist, Scarlet, was extremely helpful, friendly and professional.nThe room was amazing and the views were spectacularnDefinitely a 5 out of 5 star.nWould definitely recommend.
My first time staying here. I love the location of this hotel, as it is near to almost everywhere i wanted to go. Walking distance to the train station. And there were a lot of restaurants nearby the hotel as well. The interior of the hotel is done up nicely, with a high ceiling lobby and luxurious drive through. I would recommend this place if you are planning the entire itinerary by yourself and not taking a tour because of how strategically it is located. What could be improved i felt is that the breakfast buffet, a few items could be seasonal or changed everyday. I ate almost the same thing for 3 days
Really great stay here with my Marriott Bonvoy membership which help to get me a room upgrade. Overall cleanliness of the room is good but still could be better. Amenities have been good but the food is by far its best! Called room service twice and only once did the service really came through.
Stayed at The Westin Perth from October 29 for four nights with our two daughters. The room was spacious, perfect for a family, and the location is excellent for exploring the city. The staff were very accommodating and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout. However, the shower faucet was broken and, unfortunately, wasn’t fixed during our stay, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service, but maintenance could be improved.
Our stay was absolutely perfect couldn’t fault a single thing. The staff at the Westin Perth are by far the most polite, helpful and friendly staff I’ve encountered in the long time. The room was perfect and had the most gorgeous view for us to enjoy.nnThe gym was clean with great equipment and it was so nice to relax by that gorgeous pool. Breakfast was delicious with such a wide range of foods to enjoy. Thank you so much, we will be back soon !!!
