I got to be honest upon pulling onto the property I was met by great customer service with assistance with my car door opening and luggage, by an attendant. As I got online to retrieve my key, it was also a station for champagne, it might just be because it was Easter weekend, but nonetheless, it was welcomed. Check went smooth and brought my bags up to my room. They had a beautiful view smell great and the layout was pretty cool. I haven’t even been here 24 hours and I already know if you give any opportunity I’ll make this must stay again.
Just a fantastic stay. The staff are possibly the nicest most professional people from the check in to the restaurant to customer service, nothing is too hard. The location is great for access, right on Hay St and really a walk to most attractions in the CBD.nnI was upgraded and the room I stayed in was nothing short of amazing, with fantastic views of the Perth skyline.nnGreat restaurant, bar, gym, pool… I highly recommend this hotel for any kind of stay.
Lovely near new modern hotel with great views from the 27th floor. Bed super comfy, lovely bath, onsite gym more than adequate and the pool is fab too, we had access to the exec lounge which had some lovely food depending on the night even serving a rack of lamb we would def stay again.
Absolutely loved the high tea at HAVEN Westin Perth. The best high tea experience by far!nEverything was fabulous, filling, fresh and flavorsome! The sweets and pastry were not overpoweringly sweet at all and very suitable for those who don't really have a sweet tooth for cakes and other baked goods ! Was perfect! Will return for sure and is now rated on my list as #1 high tea location in Perth nGreat service, very friendly and attentive to customers.nBeautiful building, the bathrooms were so gorgeous and smelt divine !!
Location is great, room was a high standard, and breakfast at Garum was excellent. However, room cleaning was poor they forgot to clean our room the first day, and previous guests’s shoes were still under our bed the 3 nights we were there. Room service was also poor - 1hr waits both times we ordered 1hr for a just a soup and bread, and they duplicated our order the second time they delivered the same meal again after we had finished. In addition, double charging us the very high debit card fee was a nasty surprise mistake - they immediately refunded when we discovered it later, but it should not have happened in the first place.
