We really enjoyed this hotel. We had a suite on the 16th floor with amazing city views. The suite layout is great, it even comes with 2 toilets. We included the executive lounge access in the booking and it was worth it. We enjoyed breakfast in that lounge and we tried drinks and canapes one night, those felt like a proper dinner - there were many dishes and all were delicious. My very minor comment for improvement is that the lighting in the suite was generally very dim and it would have been useful to have the option for bright light in the bathroom to actually see your face for applying makeup etc.
We had a wonderful two-night stay at The Westin Perth over New Year’s Eve and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.nnThe hotel itself is modern, elegant, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax despite the busy holiday period. The Heavenly Bed definitely lived up to its name.nnWe have access to the Club Lounge during our stay. It provided a calm and exclusive space to unwind, with fair choice of food and beverage offerings throughout the day. The evening canapés and drinks were especially enjoyable and a great way to start NYE celebrations.nnWhat truly stood out, however, was the staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcomed from check-in to check-out. Their attentiveness really elevated the overall experience.nnOverall, The Westin Perth exceeded our expectations and was a fantastic choice for a special occasion stay. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a touch of luxury in Perth.
Everything good apart from waiting at reception for rooms,nStandard words your room will be ready in 30 mins , we will call you once its ready.nI waited almost 1.5 hrs to get the room.nnAfter couple of requests, i got my room as they said my room upgraded to High Floor.nnI like Westin, i booked for a long stay in very advance,nnApart from the Check-in , Room is very good as expected.nnBest Views of Perth City..nnHousekeeping team working well, no complaintsnnRecommendations: I wish at least the hotel should provide some freebies for the long -stay guests irrespective of their Membership eligibility,
We had a wonderful stay at Westin Perth. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with smooth check-in and great hospitality throughout our stay. The breakfast was lovely, and the service was great. The hotel itself has a nice, modern environment with excellent facilities. It's conveniently located near the CAT bus stop, making it easy to explore various parts of Perth city. Overall, a very comfortable stay, especially for the kiddos. Highly recommended!

He is the face of the Westin and truly the fellow that made the Westin memorable.nPaulina the lady with a wonderful and accommodating personality. And the super Helpful Reno Budiman.nnThey have all been fabulous!nnRooms were great. But just needs a bit of attention with the quality of hardware in the bathrooms ie hand showers. More durable and less flimsy owners endnBetter water pressure. Maintenance And maybe perhaps a little bit more on the cleanliness side of things. HousekeepingnnLounge access was a blessing and was great.nnKunal.
