Was prepared for a little snobbery but the service was very friendly and polite. Ordered some chips 👌 delicious. Room was smaller than I thought but clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. Great location and 24/7 reception. Definitely coming back

Service was always polite and prompt. Room was large enough but could have been cleaner. Great water pressure. The mattress was plastic backed so was uncomfortable to sleep on. The whole place could use a scrub and polish. Plus had to pay for car parking. Great location for the city and public transport.

Nice hotel. Cozy atmosphere. Spacious room. They dont serve halal food tho, so, cant comment on that. However, plenty of halal restaurants around. The hotel is a walking distance to many places of interest, Perth Mint, Elizabeth Quay, Bell Tower, London Court, Swan River n more. Its also near to the train station and jetty. Overall i am satisfied with their service n location.

Very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff and Great location. However, carpets and some furnishings are looking tired.

What a dump! I checked in, got to the room, put a towel over the chair so I could safely sit down without catching a disease, booked another hotel and moved out (all while holding my breath). Seriously, it's 2017. I'd rate it -1 million if I could. Oh, the receptionist was horrible too, but I guess she is too busy trying not to kill herself because she has to work in this disgusting hole. Maybe she needs the money for her ice addiction?
