Perth City YHA Backpackers Hostel is the only 4½ star hostel in Western Australia.

Good rooms, stayed here 2nights with my teenage daughter in a double room for $49.00 each per night included breakfast, we liked the staff and the location was fairly easy to get around. Will definitely be using YHA again both in Perth and many other YHA's through out Australia..

I've spent 2 weeks in this YHA. It locates near to the CBD, railway station, Yellow Cat bus stop (free bus service) and supermarkets. It has 4 kitchen cubicles and a spacious dinning room. It has enough fridges for food & drinks. Rooms are clean & equipped with air-condition. It also has a gym room & swimming pool which I haven't used.

Clean. Well equipped, Close to the city centre, bar/restaurant (if you're able to call it that) only open in mornings. Great for train spotting as the lines right outside of your window. Aircon is a little hit/miss. Parking definitely is not free.

Another nice YHA. Staff are always awesome and ready with bunch of infos for you. My room was bit old, but very comfy bed. Railway behind the hostel may annoy light sleeper due to the train noise.
