COMO The Treasury is a 48-room luxury contemporary hotel in Perth’s newly revitalised historic heart.

Story

COMO The Treasury is housed in Perth’s 140-year-old State Buildings, which form part of the Cathedral Square development located on the corner of St Georges Terrace and Barrack Street. This is one of the most significant heritage precincts in Western Australia, recently revitalised by leading architect, Kerry Hill.

There are 48 elegant guest rooms and suites featuring original high ceilings, cornicing, balconies and cupolas. Facilities open to Perth residents include two restaurants, a bar, lounge and library, which together provide a social hub for the city. Holistic therapies are available at COMO Shambhala Urban Escape, as well as a gym and 20m indoor pool.

One of the best if not THE best hotels I've ever stayed in. Incredible spacious rooms. I was greeted by name and given a full tour of the property. Petition restaurant is an absolute must. Do use the bath salts they provide... They are heavenly.

This hotel was named the second best hotel in the world in 2016. My wife and I stayed for one night for our wedding anniversary. We were totally spoilt and were impressed by the standard of the hotel and the staff. If you want the very best, this is it.

We attended for a pre-wedding high tea. Como The Treasury is beautiful. The food and beverages were delicious. The service was poor. The two male waitstaff both appeared disinterested and spoke in frustrated tones when we asked for a top up of water throughout the afternoon and a cup of tea/coffee after being there for 90 minutes.
