Had a wonderful few days staying at the Intercontinental Perth City with the many aspects of the hotel. I felt welcomed by the greeting we received, and enjoyed staying in my room. It was large and comfortable and I didn't find any faults... I loved the delicious buffet breakfast in the morning. It was visually inviting and loved the fresh carrot and celery juice as well as the Kale. It felt healthy and charged me up well for my intense workshops for work. The thought of breakfast in the restaurant with such good ambience helped me wake up nice and early! Thank You!

Good delicious food, bad rude and unhelpful staff. The place itself is dressed up really nicely, it's a nice spacious setting that's very comfortable and enough space for you to talk without being disturbed or not being able to hear. It's a nice clean environment too, which is hard to find sometimes. It's a nice undercover area but you still get the benefit of being outside. The only negative is the rude unhelpful staff, maybe it's just one staff member. She heard us calling out to her and purposefully ignored us three times, I have no idea why. She could have at least said "I'll be with you in a minute". With the expensive looking setting, and it's well priced but not exactly cheap, you'd think the staff would be paid enough where they'd know the customers pay their wages.

Nice place but weird staff behavior? We arrived early afternoon to have a wine and beer and check out this new Perth hotel. Wasn't busy, but we had to wait for a staff member to check their iPad to find us a table. We asked if we cold sit on the sofa's at the front and people watch, but were told the sofa's where reserved. While we were there, others attempted to sit on the sofa's only to be moved off. Everyone felt this was bizarre as there was no one there? We stayed for a couple of drinks and left.... Still no one sitting in the special 'reserved' sofas!! Did it encourage me to return??

Fabulous stay in this centrally located hotel. The amenities are all 5 star, with a fabulous room overlooking Perth. The breakfast was incredible too. Just a short stroll to the river, shops, restaurants and bars. Service was outstanding. Highly recommend.

A++ Deluxe, excellent service, newly renovated with excellent use of technology and room setup including cabinetry and bathroom. - Great alfresco bar (excellent Gin selection) - Epic one-of-a-kind wood fire grill in restaurant brings some of the best flavours out in all the food, buffet breakfast never tasted so good! - Tapas restaurant very good Outstanding hotel, great location to all parts at Perth. Would highly recommend!
