Absolutely amazing staff, room and service. Unfortunately due to my tight schedule I couldn't order food there but walking in fit smelt amazing. Amazing price too for a 5 start hotel

The rooms here are very nice, and are well cared for and up to date. There's room for just about everything, including a desk, TV and a small sofa for sitting. The mattresses here are firmer than normal, so if that's you're thing, then you should love it here. After each day the room is cleaned up and put back in order. None of my items are disturbed in any way by the cleaning staff and I find them exactly where I left them. The restaurant downstairs is quite good, and reasonably priced for Perth. I've eaten there several times and I have enjoyed each time, so I do recommend it. Service is fast and you get your food relatively quickly. The only things I would improve is for a towel ring to place a hand towel for drying your hands near the sink, and for the under-cabinet refrigerator to have a quieter model, as I can hear it quite clearly through the cabinet door even when closed. It might provide a white noise for you if you don't mind the hum of it, but it's louder than I expected. Overall a very good hotel and I recommend it to you!

I'll add another star to the rating after the level of service that I've seen come from the staff here. I've been quite impressed by it.

Well located, the rooms are very well maintained and of a decent size. Pillows are far bigger than my preference but they have a pillow menu so it's a non issue. Lovely cafe downstairs also charges to your room for convenience.

Like what others said, the room is clean and modern. Good WiFi! They have a good interesting breakfast option to have in your room. Stayed here twice. HOWEVER... sadly... the front desk lady (Cori? Didn’t get to see properly) was snobbish, disinterested and was bordering on being rude to my wife and I when we were checking out. Now as I’m writing this, I think they weren’t very friendly either when we first stayed with them. The Night Manager however was pleasant and helpful. Felt like 2 different hotels. Maybe because we are Asians? So disappointed in an otherwise wonderful establishment.

Nice large bedroom with king size bed. Very comfortable. Tasty food for dinner and breakfast. Friendly and polite reception. I would stay here again.
