Friendly staff and service. The room is very clean and comfortable. We ordered room service. The food is expensive, as you would expect, but it was certainly delicious and satisfying. A good range of options on the menu. Disappointing though that there are no minibar snacks and drinks available in the fridge. There was only milk for the tea and coffee. Is that a new trend in hotel rooms? Other than that, our stay was very good.
Im a converted Hilton Hotel stayer now.nRooms were awesome. Executive lounge access was very apt and good service.nWe had one small glitch in room one night but compliments to the staff that rectified the issue promptly. I sew that this is important to note about the staff.nHandy to all locations yet peaceful
Just had a staycation at the Parmelia Hilton - I had one last January at another hotel, which was nice, but not as nice as the Hilton!nnFrom the moment I checked in, the service was first class, I was messaged how things were going by the concierge, and my king room had a view of King's Park!nnSamuels on Mill also puts on a great breakfast buffet, and I also got to try their take on a Big Mac for lunch - yum yum!nnAs for the pool area - loved cooling off after exploring my city and surrounds on these glorious January days.nnHighly recommended and worth every penny!
Wow, we are sad that our week long stay is coming to an end, but this hotel is a rare find these days. I have not stayed in a full service hotel like this for years. From the moment we are arrived we have been impressed with the hospitality of the staff and the service. We arrived and were upgraded to a king bed, the food in the restaurant is amazing. Every staff member we have dealt with has been fantastic, they helped out with breakfast when we had early starts. The hotel has been refurbished to modern standards and I was shocked when the concierge told me that the building was 50 years old. We will definitely be back, having worked in these types of hotels in the 80’s I know the work that goes into keeping the level of service for a full hotel. We loved the experience and will be back, thank you all for your hard work and dedication
Desk service wasn't that great. Overall stayed was just ordinary. Gold member was just same service to silver. None of complimentary drinks were serve, a bottle of water was given when we check out. Atleast Bar crew was amazing.nnRestaurant, is a NO GO. Pasta was overcooked to the point it was cut to small pieces. Fish snapper was horrible. Bland and the sauce and greens accompanied doesn't make sense. Tiramisu was compliment after we raise the issue, it was very sweet though. Thanks to the effort of Dustin who looked after us from bar to restaurant.nnBreakfast was great. The old lovely guy was looking after us and gave us a fresh press juice.nnOverall, service of front desk and Restaurants needs a heaps of improvement.
