Good sized rooms with a fair sized balcony. We stayed here for a week and even had a good chat with the cleaners. Very friendly service and genuine people. Felt like home and we felt comfy. Rooms are equipped with cooking pots and pans. Free parking is available which is a bonus. Laundry services are available and costs around $5. Laundry detergent is complimentary. Very modern industrial vibe. You can smoke in the balcony but have to ensure that the smoke doesnt get into the room which we felt is a fair call since its a small studio hotel with great services in a convenient location.

Stayed here for a week for work. The Hotel itself is quite pleasant, lovely area and only a short walk to the centre of town. Staff were all also reasonably friendly. The issues I had were with the room and restaurant. The room, now don’t get me wrong the room was clean, bed was comfortable and it was spacious. However, the seating was poor, and it was very dark, at no time of day was it light enough to read without the light on, despite the large windows. Having said that, it is dark due to the trees outside which make it look very nice. The bathroom was also average, toilet is so close to the wall it’s difficult to sit without hitting the wall. I also never had a consistent temperature shower. Other issue was the restaurant. The quality of the food and coffee served in the restaurant is not in question, it was the nicest coffee I had in Perth, and the breakfasts were delicious. However, as a Hotel guest I was unable to get a seat for breakfast on two mornings due to the runners, cyclists and Blue Collars who reserved the tables and stopped in. It is not a large restaurant but surely hotel guests must have some priority over walk ins, I was flabbergasted that hotel guests had nowhere to sit? Secondly, there are no dinners served in the restaurant, and given its location there are no other eateries nearby so you MUST go into town to eat dinner, which is fine if it’s not raining or you are happy to pay for an Uber. But some nights you just want to stay in. There is free car parking on site, so if you have or hire a car, this could definitely make up for any of these flaws.

First off, don't rely on parking your car there. Street parking is paid parking, and the free secure parking at the back has very, very limited spots (less than 16 spots). The view from the room was decent. The room itself was very clean, very pretty, and had a good amount of space. Walking to Kings Park is quite close, but requires a trek up a steep hill. Getting into the city shopping center is a few kilometers away but is downhill.

Was about to leave a good review when we remembered that we left an unopened $30 bottle of wine in the fridge. Called to see when we can pick it up and they said they would call back. After several hours we called again to be told house keeping had thrown it out and they don't keep consumables only phone chargers and things like that. So they will keep a $20 charger but not a $30 bottle of wine. Surely seems it would be worth a phone call to us before throwing it out? And if they don't keep consumables then why the need for a call back? Surely they could have told us that straight away.

Value for money in a great location. 2 mins to the city centre. 2 minutes to Kings park. the outside looks dated but inside is nice. staff are friendly and helpful.
