These short stay apartments have been operational for about 15 years and are well maintained and looked after. From here you can walk to Elizabeth Quay or into the well know Kings Street shopping district. The bargains right now in Perth are fantastic! For holiday, business or relocation just minutes away from the beautiful Kings Park you will enjoy all Perth has to offer from this short term rental apartment. They are fully furnished and equipped so you really just need to turn up with your luggage. A Woolworths supermarket with all your grocery needs is walking distance down St Georges Tce or jump on and off any bus going past the door here for free! If your looking for holiday or rental apartments near Perth make sure you check this one out.

Fantastic location close to Perth City. We came for a hospital trip up from the country. Royal Perth Hospital was easy to get to from here. Really enjoyed our stay thanks to Larissa making it so easy for us.
