i stay in a lot of hotels/motels travelling for work and this hotel is fantastic, the rooms are very nice, very clean with everything you could need. the buffet breakfast has a great variety of choice and the staff there are lovely . the reception is first class very professional and very helpful. I can honestly say I have never stayed anywhere better, a very relaxing experience. the management and staff at the holiday inn should be very proud of their commitment to the quality of service they provide. I highly recommend it. thanks again.

We stayed for two nights with two little ones. Though the room and beds were small it was clean and comfortable and suited us perfectly. Prices were affordable and the breakfast buffet was great, they even allowed us to order spinach and asparagus as extra. Reception staff were professional and friendly, this means a lot when you’re on holiday with small children (that’s stressful enough!). It’s in an ideal location and walking distance to Elizabeth Quay. We will definitely stay there again.

This was a very comfortable place to stay right in the heart of Perth. We had one very minor thing occur in our room and we reported it to the hotel staff. They were on to fixing it in a jiffy. They even gave us some complimentary drink vouchers. Parking can be expensive. The linked carpark is not that far away though.

The hotel room was very nice and very accommodating. The staff at Holiday Inn were all very professional and welcoming. The bathrooms had everything we needed and a large showering area.

Stayed at room 222 for 6 nights, with 7months old baby. Thanks we can get room early on the morning since I need the fridge so badly to keep my breast milk. But didn't know that it's twin bed room, so we ask the fo staff of there any possibility for us to have king bed room, and telling him we just put milk in the fridge we touch nothing except the fridge. But here said "this is the room that we booked for, and king bed room were sold out". I understand what he said clearly , but what i hate is he did not show good gesture to help us with the problem, only said "you may check tomorrow or the day after tomorrow for the availability". We end up sleeping in twin bed but only 1 bed used, and my baby didnot like the baby cot the mattras on it was hard She couldnot sleep there. For those who traveling with baby or children i would not recommend this hotel.
