Reasonable price for 2 bedroom and 2 toilets with fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer was great too. Clean and spacious rooms with bath tub. My kids loved it. However the bath room fittings are old. But other than that it was alright. Great for families.
Reception staff were really great and it was the perfect location for us. We have stayed in better rooms for the price but it was satisfactory for our one night stay. Good Chinese restaurant downstairs too.
I love staying in this hotel. It is in a quiet corner but easy to walk to the shops, restaurants and the CBD.nnThe apartment is very spacious and easy to feel at home. Full kitchen including cooktop and laundry facilities are so handy.nnAir-conditioning can be adjusted in the lounge and each room which is very comfortable throughout.
The check-in process was very smooth. The amenities in the room were as described and well maintained. The staff was professional and friendly. I really appreciated the parking facilities. It was the great stay that my family enjoyed.
Incredibly intense chemical smell when we first arrived to our room.nMassive amount of moisture and condensation on the room windows and the bedding felt damp.nHigh concern that the chemical smell was there trying to mask something that was difficult to clean!nGenerally this place has huge potential!! Very accommodating staff. They tried to resolve our concerns as best possible.nThe general decor in the rooms is rather dated. Walls need a fresh coat of paint. No TV'S in the bedrooms. But they did have a much larger than average TV in the lounge room.
