I loved the location and the breakfast is to die for. The rooms are ok but it would be nice to be able to open it to have some fresh air instead of aircon but it was very clean and comfy. The walls are thin as we can hear our neighbours if they are in their room moving around and the main door slams so loudly when someone opens or close it. But I will definitely return as the bed is so comfortable including the pillows. Locations is also convenient.

Not worth $240 per night!nI had high expectations for this hotel given the price, but I was extremely disappointed. The room was outdated, poorly cleaned, and lacked basic amenities. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. For $240, I expected a much higher standard of service and comfort. There are better options elsewhere—definitely not recommending this place.

Room firstly smelled bad, then the television didn't have wifi to connect to streaming services or youtube. Staff did not even give the wifi password had to go down to ask The shower did not even run adequately hot water in the morning when its cold out. Lifts were constantly out of order. For the price paid for the night you can definitely get better. Don't waste time or your cash here.

Good price, but you get what you paid for.  Good size room, but shower water is terrible, it’s either too hot or too cold, never find balance & stay at warm level. NO CAR PARK , only 19 spaces & always full which is very annoying. You will have to look around for car park which is nightmare. Staff are nice & answer your questions, but  I won’t stay again. I have 1 more night to stay here & currently looking to find somewhere else.

The first impression of their front desk staff was horrible as the lady at the counter was quite rude and didn’t even understand basic questions asked. We initially had a queen bed + 1 bed room booked but when we got to the room, the door could not lock. The bed looked distasteful without any bedding / cover on the base. The lady then gave us another room as we needed a room that is safe and secure with a door that locks which she deemed as an “upgrade” as this was a family room. The room was next to the elevator which you clearly hear move up and down through the paper thin walls. The aircon in the room was also extremely noisy making high pitched and screeching sound noises. With paper thin walls, you could hear your neighbours talk through the wall. This was a horrible hotel to live at!!
