I've been with Sweenys for over a year now, they manage my property but they are extremely slow and non responsive. There was a period in time when i would get no responses at all for months and apparently their email server kept breaking. I will be moving on.

Property Manager (Para) changed my signed bond form with white-out to deduct money. The form was then submitted to the RTBA without getting me to resign the form - BEWARE

Have just started renting through Sweeney Yarraville with the AMAZING Para as our Property Manager. I just need to say that I have never had such an wonderful experience with a rental agency. Nothing has been to much trouble for Para, and she has helped excessively in getting us into our property. I really can't say anymore other than to thank her for EVERYTHING she has done. Such an amazing asset for a company to have. You guys are super lucky!!
