Highly recommend this agency for selling, letting or renting.  They are dedicated and know the market and how to strategically sell your property for the best price.  I used David Lai as my agent and highly recommend him.  His work ethic is phenomenal.  I used Jason Allen as my auctioneer and my property made $50,000 over the reserve.  I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

A truely trustworthy agent 

The reason we chose George to be our agent was the fact that he seemed honest and was genuinely seeking the best outcome for us - a trait which we found rare amongst the agents we had previously dealt with. He was realistic from the very beginning and at no point did he try to overstate or over promise just to get us to sign the authority. Ultimately, he greatly exceeded our expectations. He kept us updated at every stage and of every new development regarding the sale and prospective buyers. The auction result far exceeded what we were hoping for and we have George to thank for that. The property we sold was of great sentimental value to us and entrusting its sale to someone else was very difficult to do. We are glad that it was George who guided us through the process.

Great agent and a great person. - 02 May 2017

Jason did a great job from beginning to end. He was very professional and personable. His auctioneering skills on the day were second to none. We were always kept up to date by phone or email. We had no complaints at all. We would recommend Jason without hesitation. He also had a great team. 
Thanks Jason for selling Mum's house-as was her wish. Great result. Thanks again.

As a buyers advocate I deal with hundreds of real estate agents and I found Phillip to be above the pack. Phillip was excellent. He kept me informed the whole way and was honest with his feedback. He didn't mislead us in any way. His market knowledge was fantastic and he gave me good comparables to reassure us on price and the location. Phillip was also friendly, courteous and polite at all times and respected our time frames without being overly pushy or salesy. Dealing with Phillip was a pleasure and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking at buying or selling real estate
