For me the CBA is generally a good bank. 
But this particular branch is known for it's horrendously slow service.
Although it is one of their newest branches, it has quickly become one of their slowest. Queues are often huge with just one or two people serving. The managers don't monitor the queues like other branches and get more tellers to help. They are happy to just let the queue get longer and longer. 
We do most of our banking online but occasionally have to go into a branch. We know to avoid this branch at all costs. The High Point branch is way more efficient!

Don't know why people are saying they have terrible customer service. I get it you might need to wait a little because the place is always busy but the employee's are nice and friendly plus they know what they're doing.

Rude customer service, shocking wait times and staff are nosey and don't mind their own business about where I get my money from.

Its the worst bank ever, employees are rude and arrogant, doesn't help at all and it took me 30 minutes to deposit money in my account😡😡
