A variety of foreign currencies are offered here for exchange and transfer with competitive rate. Staff are friendly and helpful. Additionally, money transfer services are really good at both Vietnam and worldwide services.
Called these guys to see if they had enough money for an exchange of Aussie and British money to American dollars. Guy said they did and when I sent my husband a half hour later, a guy who barely spoke english wouldn't exchange my husband's money as said he didn't have money to exchange and told him to go to the bank.. what a waste of time!! We initially chose this place because of the high ratings but in fact, it was a complete disappointment.
Shop open until 6pm Thursday written on Google and main entrance , we came at 5:50pm - shop closed. Called to double check, young boy said we close for counting alot money. Very disappointed because customer services young did not say sorry at all. Wasted time, we are busy family with 2 little kids and urgently came back from work.
Exchange euro to aud dollar with decent rate. Great customer service and handled my situation to a professional standard with receipt given out. 5/5, highly recommended
