Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Daniel was incredibly rude and incredibly inconsiderate.

I try to avoid this place, some staff are really lovely. Others are awful!!! When I had a problem with my ID and account with withdrawals of money I was rudely refused. I understand that ID is important but I can answer security questions and I've been coming to this branch and has a few of the same staff (one that was rude) since I was 12 years old.

Extremely busy in the morning but excellent service, the staff were very happy to help and were all very nice

Linh was the only person with whom we had a positive experience. The others are rude, giving vague instructions and rolling their eyes at us when we ask to confirm what information they needed. I hope the management sees all these reviews and work on improving the customer service there!

Account opening guy asked strange questions seems racist 
Finally I made a complaint to bank at call centre then he apologized and BM opened our account
Very poor customer service feature of the branch in general
