Customer service is appalling. You ask the bank teller a question and she doesn't even look at you when replying , and make it sound like your a nuisance to their day.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY THE LADY WITH REALLY SHORT BROWN HAIR AND GLASSES...I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I HOPE MANY OTHER PEOPLE DON'T. THERE POLICY IS NOT LIKE ANY OTHER BANK IT'S STUPID AND THEY ARE SOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL. I DON'T LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS USUALLY BUT I HAD TO WITH THIS BANK. STAY AWAY!!
