I paid for express delivery on 06 May with an expected arrival of 07 May. It’s now 18 May and it’s still delayed. Your staff couldn’t even be bothered to check whether it’s still sitting in the shop or whether it’s been collected. Instead, they flatly denied any responsibility and claimed they have no control over it. The manager said express normally takes a maximum of three business days — yet here we are, nearly two weeks later. This is unacceptable, misleading, and a complete rip‑off. I paid extra for express and got nothing but excuses.
Great to have a postoffice that is busy and thriving in the local neighbourhood. Dont understand peoples frustration or concerns, it is a local business that is offering an important service to the community. Collect packages, pay bills, get passport photos. All good stuff.
no idea why the reviews are so harsh. went there to ship a parcel and the guy helped me very nicely. Took me a total of under 5 mins!
5 days to deliver an ‘AusPost Express’ “next day delivery” parcel from Sunshine West to Fraser Rise 20 minute drive.
Australian Post office delivery people are the most careless and lazy. I ordered my online purchases to be delivered to my office as there is a reception and people all-day, additionally, I put the name of the company in the address to make sure is easier to find but seems like that is not enough because you delivered all my packages to a different address no even in the same street.nnOne package was left in a corner in the middle of nowhere not the address I put, other packages were trown through a fence because the place was closed again not the address I put and another package was left again in a wrong address with people working there and they didn't even ask if that was the right place.nnAs far as I know, you are not doing us a favour or doing your delivery at a cheap rate to receive such a bad service.nnDo I need to check all the neighbourhoods every time I am expecting a package?nnWho is going to pay for the damages?nnWhat is your compensation?nnOn top of that, I tried to call your customer service line and it was a machine. Trust me the less thing an upset client wants is to talk with a machine.nSee the photos below of the place where you left my packages and how different the place where they should have been delivered.
