Australia Post - Sunshine West LPO

Been waiting for this parcel for 3 months at no fault to Auspost, finally had hopes it would arrive before Christmas as it entered Australia last week. Now sunshine west have it I have literally no hope. They scanned my package on Tuesday and THEN AGAIN midnight Wednesday with no indication they were sending it anywhere else. I just want my package before the end of the week. Any time I see sunshine west on my package I get afraid. Look at all these reviews!!!! ITS SO OBVIOUS THEY NEED TO BE SHUT OR MANAGED!!!! In the past they have held my packaged for ridiculous amounts of time with no indication why. I even believed a few were lost they had them for so long 😑

Was expecting 2 parcels from China.. over 2 weeks later it then processed through sunshine west for a good 2 to 3 days... hoping it come a day later since its close... then for sone reason it was sent to netly SA!?!? Is there something In the waters?? Or am I just hoping too much... useless bunch of slacks..

wish I could give ZERO stars. This is the Bermuda black hole of Australia Post. If your parcel goes through this sorting facility, there's a 50/50 chance of you actually RECEIVING it. Worst experiences ever from this place. :/ Thanks for losing my parcel of Christmas presents. Hope you all get food poisoning on Christmas day. :/

Tracking indicates parcel has apparently been sitting at Sunshine West since the 14th of December. I lodged an enquiry with Australia Post on the 27th of December. 2 weeks later and still no response from AusPost. HOPELESS. If I performed my job as half-arsed as those at AusPost, I'd fully expect to be sacked.

If google allows me to give 0 star i would still consider i am kind of enough. Untrained staff, not professional and unfriendly. I do not go there for being chased out or wasting my time for not getting anything do e there where you simply just say you dont have the forms or you did it wrong etc.
