They simply looted my money as much as they could. This is the worst real estate agency I have ever seen . Dealing with them is not only waste of time and money but also peace of mind. They never realize their mistakes , but they are enough smart to push everything to us. They never say sorry for whatever they talk  irrelevant. Some agents in this office are really not human. They keep shouting for everything. I regret that I should have been more careful with these guys.

Worst real estate agents in Melbourne. I had to sign contacts in car parks. Minimal communication.  House I purchased had hot water service removed and agent couldn’t careless, left me out of pocket $2500. Hitler had more heart than this agency.

The worst realestate experience. Wasted our weekend for viewing 1st property already being sold and the 2nd the agent could not get access to.

My experience has been mostly positive. I have a rental property with G L Lee, and they have always endeavoured to get good reliable tenants for my place. Service has mostly been very good and helpful. Actually, I have never heard or seen a bad word about G L Lee until I saw the other two reviews here. I used to live in a block of units that had lots of renters, and they would complain about their real estate agents, but G L Lee never had a bad mention. That is why I chose them when I wanted to rent out my place.
