Sweeney Estate Agents first opened their doors in Altona, 1986. Since then the network has flourished, with 15 offices fully servicing all real estate needs across the North West of Victoria.

Story

Sunshine is an area that offers the most affordable homes in the inner west. Combining period style and post war homes on traditionally larger allotments. A Heritage Overlay has been approved by the local council recently, recognising the local importance of its more established period style homes in Central Sunshine, Mathews Hill and Albion. This ensures that history will be preserved and we believe as a result that significant capital growth will follow.

In recent times this municipality has seen a major overhaul of its infrastructure to include the Western Ring Road, Village Cinema Complex and the Central Shopping Plaza. These developments complement the already established shopping strips, comprehensive schooling facilities and extensive public transport.

We acknowledged Sunshine and the surrounding districts as the next growth corridor and one which should be watched and considered very carefully when next investing.
