As a seller 5 years ago I thought the agents were very professional and I was happy with the sale, just as I was with their Melton office a few years before that who obviously worked as a team. Considering this company for my next sale.

The receptionist 'Siri' needs to be replaced. Really rude, I called to ask about about a serious situation and she's yelling at me to send it through email when it could've been solved on the phone. A big time waster!!! Not happy

I applied for one of their rental property and the receptionist name Siri is very inefficient to deal with any of their customers. I spoke to her for about 4 times during this process and she absolutely have no customer service at any of my calls. She have no patience to deal with. I understand she might be busy one day or the other, out of my 4 calls she is of no use dealing with application or diverting to the correct person. I have send my supporting documents around 12pm and I called back around 1:30pm to check if they received and she said my application is rejected. I requested for the reason and she claims the owner rejected my application. This is absolute joke

Most inexperienced unprofessional realestate agents ever they advertising property that are no longer on the market. Remove your boards and stop advertising on your website protending you selling something that doesn't exist.

Very rude welcoming from a mocking receptionist who laughed and my inexperince with renting. They also will not copy files despite having one right behind the desk, you have to go down the road to the pharmcy if you need your license copied.
