Louise and team were fantastic throughout our sale and our purchase 6 years ago!. We had to quickly list our home - Louise was extremely responsive and the listing was expeditious. Within just a few days we had multiple viewings and offers. Our onward purchase was delayed and Louise and Gaynor never applied pressure. It always felt like they had our best interests at heart rather than just trying to push through a quick sale. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Positives: We used LS to sell our house as part of a chain. The selling, marketing, promotion and viewing parts were excellent. We also had our original buyer pull out quite late in the process and LS quickly organised new viewings so we could remain as part of the original chain with new buyers. We also found all of the last minute negotiations good. Negatives: in between the initial viewings and exchange/ completion at the end, we didn't always feel very informed or kept up to date with progress. It often seemed to be us doing all the proactive following up

We recently sold through Louise and the service received was fantastic. Having viewed a property we wished to buy elsewhere, Louise managed to organise photos, the listing and sale of our property within a matter of days. She then worked hard in ensuring that we secured our new home and the whole team kept the sale on track, with difficulties further up the chain. I would not hesitate in recommending Louise to anyone.

The team at Louise Saunders are fabulous. All preconceptions of estate agents go out of the window with their friendly, communicative, efficient team. We bought our first ever property with them and they made the whole experience so enjoyable and positive. We completed on time, and faster than we expected! Lisa showed us the property just us, no others at the same time! and really helped us imagine ourselves living there with heaps of useful local knowledge, as well as genuinely knowing lots about the current owners and what they love about their property. Lisa made sure she did our second viewing for us and it was lovely to have a friendly face, with no others viewing at the same time, and she didn't rush us through. Lisa was brilliant at helping us through the process of making an offer and never left us hanging. The office team were also super responsive and helpful. We wholeheartedly recommend Louise Saunders, and if we move we will certainly go back to them when we come to sell.

Louise and team helped with the sale of our house in April this year. We found Louise to be really personable compared to other agents. We were very happy with the steer we received on marketing the property as well the support from the wider team. We were particularly impressed with how Louise navigated the offer process for us and then ensured that we received what was offered when it finally came to completion. Would highly recommend
