Doesn't chase up overdue rental. Used the bond to pay off rent instead. Why? Because they don't get a percentage of the bond so it's easier for them to reclass it as rental take their share, and then the damages the bond was supposed to cover become the landlord's problem. Useless

So un professional. I have seen first hand how they make tenants jump through the hoops to get their bond back. And the trouble it is to return calls. And get things fixed.  Your job is about customer service how about learning some.

I deal with Vincent. If i must say, he is very professional and helpful. As a landlord I am very impressed his quality of work. Even though he is quite new, he ticks off every checkbox as the perfect property manager. Previously no one could help with the translations of my Vietnamese tenant, but when Vincent joined the team he managed to translate from Vietnamese to fluent English, overall Vincent is a great property manager.

not a good agent and quite bad communicator. I just dealt with one of the agent, whos name is Vincent. I found that he is quite rude and unpleasant. Didnt ask my permission to forward my number to contractor. they should give training to their staff in order to increase the professionalism in their work ethic. the worst part is, if anything bad happen during weekedn, bad luck!!
