Poor property management. Had a tenant contact me wile I was overseas to complain that issues weren't being looked after. Very quick to take my money very slow on fixing issues. Poor advice regarding rent increases so I ended up being under market value in the area. Never bothered to ask if I wanted payment fortnightly or monthly. When I changed property management over I received a very unprofessional phone call to asking me why I changed. He took my business decision far too personally which left a bad taste in my mouth and the prospect of doing any future business as an impossibility.

Don’t waste your time . Racist staff , not helpful at all. No management .

Anyone about to put your property to this agent . Should be aware . They all ask to fix the house , but not acctually fix it . Saying deduct some from the rent but they took more than enough for the bill balanced . We are seeking legal help for these matters
