I wish I could rate this agent with zero stars as for I cannot find a single good point about them after speaking to a landlord whom uses their services. They fail to perform basic duties such as routine inspections and notifying the landlord of changes to the tenants on the lease. The staff turnover is like a fast food chain and any maintenance or repairs are not followed up as for the scapegoat whom was responsible for such no longer is employed by this agent. Please avoid this agent at all costs or suffer the consequences of mismanagement.

Our Agent, Charles, has been extremely thorough and professional during the process of renting a house through Douglas Kay. He has always been available to answer any questions we had, and always goes above and beyond in making sure any problems are resolved. Would highly recommend!

Have to say that the staff are professional in their approach to resolving matters regarding rentals. Happy with the maintenance jobs carried out by Douglas Kay staff, prompt and efficient in getting them done. No matter what enquiry I make, they strive to deliver for me. Well done....and keep up the fantastic work:)

I had a really disappointing experience with Douglas Kay. Unfortunately it was only one person who let the agency down. We were not told of a cancelled inspection, apparently the property had been leased out before the scheduled inspection date. I emailed the agent asking if she had alerted everyone the inspection was cancelled (maybe I missed the email?), she replied saying that it was a huge task to email each and every person who registered, so therefore she didn't bother alerting anyone. It is actually not that difficult to send out a group email letting people know an inspection is cancelled. If you can send an email to everyone about the inspection date/time, you can most certainly send one to cancel as well! It is extremely unprofessional and such a huge let down. I will not mention her name but I hope she does not represent the work ethic of everyone on the team.
