Well...We bought a property from them and had to rent it out via Ray White St Albans as well. The tenants were really bad and we were in a way pressurised to get them.(They never paid full rent on time but kept on paying in instalments) After a few months...the tenants destroyed our whole house. Broke all the doors with hammers and we had to wait around 8 months for insurance to pay us. Ray white refused to clean the property and we had to clean the garage with our own hands. We had to get it steam cleaned ourselves swell. You wont believe what we cleaned...from cat food to used food containers and much much more. They are a bunch of liars and found ways to avoid the situation. I would say be careful. My husband was abused badly and treated horribly. The owner states in one of the reviews above that he tried to appease us. But hell yes..with abusive words and refusing to take responsibility of their actions. Kindly please don't respond to my comment Ray White St Albans. We knew you from a long time and hope you understand what you did to us. And as far as all the reviews here...it has not been too positive.

Having dealt with numerous offices around Melbourne it is easy to see why they are market leaders in their area. They will go over and above to achieve you the best possible price for your property. Highly recommend!

With no experience at selling a house i was lucky enough to walk into Ray White St Albans office. I found all the team knowledgeable and eager to answer the many questions i had to ask. Buying a home with this MOB. Unprofessional, lyers and communication minimal. I feel sorry for the home owners who sell  homes as it seems they work with underhanded deals without the homeowners ever knowing who has a legitimate bid. RAY WHITE St Albans you need to be investigated to show how shifty you really are. Shame this site does not have ZEROS to reflect the professionalism of this crew.
