They made sure we understood the entire process and were in constant communication throughout the process. Nick always took the time to explain each stage and answer any of our questions and concerns. Nick was always available for us and always answered our calls. Honest͏ and Thorough Nick and Steve helped us sell our place and we couldn't recommend them highly enough. Excellent͏ Selling Experience Darren was fabulous to deal with and made selling our house in Derrimut a worry free experience. There was constant communication throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble when we were getting the house ready to sell. I would highly recommend him as an agent to anyone. Agent͏ review Very happy with Nick as my agent, Nick kept me in the loop in respect of open days, dates and times, amount of people attending the open days in addition to private viewings. Nick chased up with all the potential buyers and updated me on the feedback provided by potential buyers. Nick knows the property market well in particular the area I was selling, similar properties on the market both for sale and sold. Would be happy to deal with both Nick and Harcourts in the future if required.

We chose Nick because he seemed to be the agent doing the most sales in the Derrimut area.  After making contact he gave us so much information about the sales that were occurring/occurred it was clear he knew what he was talking about.  He gave us a marketing proposal with a plan that included sprucing up painting, etc. and styling the property.  While this cost money it paid dividends with a quick sale at a price beyond our expectations.  Nick kept us informed throughout the process and he was really easy to deal with.  Choose Nick, do what he says, and reap the rewards.
