Established in 1935 Bells is one of the longest standing Real Estate agencies in Melbourne.

We have successfully serviced Sunshine as our core market since first opening, although increased interest for properties in the Western and North Western suburbs in Melbourne allowed us to branch out our target market and open offices in Deer Park and Sydenham.

Today, our dedicated team continue the long term commitment Bells Real Estate made to helping Victorians realise their dream of property ownership, our years of experience assisting with the company’s success. Our unrivalled reputation for achieving outstanding results regardless of the state of the market allows our commitment to the public to be maintained effectively.

Unprofessional bunch of idiots. You'll receive two different price indications for a house for sale depending on who you talk too, yes 50k variation of supposed buyer interest. At least get your lies synchronised before speaking to potential purchasers. I bought a house so I didn't have much choice about dealing with them. Played me with lies about not getting contracts signed in time which extended sale time and then they tried to get more $ from me after the auction weekend that followed.

Maddison has created an amazing reputation in his market of influence. It comes as no surprise that he has been in the industry for many years, all in the same office all this time. His hard work & loyalty has paid dividends to home owners he has sold for & one only needs to look at various high quality reviews he has received on various real estate platforms.

My family and I have lived with bells property for over 10 years. Never had any issues until this year. The receptionist/ property manager Vanessa was extremely rude and had 0 customer care service. Very disappointing and to be frank I'm getting anxious just thinking about the next call from her.

Karen, at your Sunshine office, is a fantastic agent. She is understanding, pleasant and finds a way to do what's best for, in our case, the tenant and the business. Happy to rent through the Sunshine office for another year!

I call on monday and spoke with vanessa advise i was looking for a 3 bedroom house and could pay up to 3 months advance could she suggest anything. Instead of helping me she said she cant go through them all should have a look online. She was very mean not nice to me because of my nationality when I would ask a question she would always cut me off I never call  bell again
