Run by cold hearted people who take no accountability and are all about smoke and mirrors. Harcourts got fined 60k by the ACCC for underquoting and the Real Estate Agents Authority took their NZ branch to court over abnormalities in the amount of 1.7 million in the trust fund accounts they use to store client deposits. Stay away.

We chose Pat from Harcourts for the sale of our family home. He was a true professional throughout the whole process - from initial contact to post-auction. He has a genuine no-BS approach, and he really thinks everything through very thoroughly when it comes to the sales process. As a result, the home sold for way over reserve and we are absolutely delighted. If you are in the North-Western suburbs looking to sell, we definitely recommend Pat - he is a class above.

Very professional yet friendly office.  Basil really knows the market and his prompt feedback and follow up was great.  One of the best Auctioneers I've seen.
