I recently was looking for a place to live with my partner, just as I thought we were not going to find a place I met Sam. He was more than professional, he was friendly and extremely helpful. I mostly appreciated the fact that he did not mess around when it came to getting us a lease on the perfect property. I would highly recommend his services to anybody. I felt like I was at a dead end in getting into the property market, endless viewings and auctions left me a little disgruntled and confused. After a few months of searching different properties, i met David at a viewing. He provided me with sound advice and guided me in what ended up being a very good buy. David was very cool, calm and collected, and turned what had begun as a stressful situation into a pleasant one. I highly recommend David and am very grateful to him.
