I have been dealing with Barry Plant Keilor East agency for over 6 years now, and  I can with confidence recommend their leasing team lead by Jose. James is very professional, punctual  and gave feedback after each inspection. Property manager Melanie is very organised, knowledgeable and happy to assist every time there is any sort of the issue. Well done thank you everyone.

Paul is an incredible real estate agent. He listened to our needs and made us fell supported from start to fininished.He is highly knowledgeable, professional dedicated and dependable. Jordan is a very down-to-earth and professional real estate agent. He was easy to communicate with and pleasure to work with. Thanks a lot to Paul and Jordan.

Barry Plant Keillor east have been extremely professional in their service and communication.  My wife and I were relocating from Sydney to Melbourne and they ensured our move was smooth. They organised video inspection and were in constant communication throughout our leasing process.  During our stay, the real estate agent - Melissa was prompt in her communication and always available to help. If we were to lease or buy in the future, we would surely contact the Barry Plant Keillor east team.

The absolute worst agency you could ever go with. Rude and INCOMPETENT as a side dish. Complained to one of the Directors about extremely poor service from their property managers after the tenant had put in about 20 requests in less than a year. 15 in their first 3 months. Previous tenant asked for max 5 in 6 years. I had these disgraceful staff yell at me over the phone and try to imply I was the problem even though the tenant was keen to stay for a second year . I was told I was the client but the tenant was their customer too… even though I was paying them a monthly “management” fee! Tenant then left owing 2 months rent. VCAT also has long delays due to covid which doesn’t help much. Really disappointed I didn’t move agencies earlier. Do yourself a favour and go ANYWHERE else.

Jose, adam and Teresa were very  efficient in transferring self mananged rental properties over to the Barry Plant team.  The Barry Plant team organised the paperwork and made the whole process so easy. The were also very persistent in finding a new tenant for our rental property. After an open for inspection campaign co-ordinated by Jose and adam a tenant was found.  they both also communicated with me after every open for inspection. Teresa communicated with me once a tenant was found and made sure all was in order before tenant moved in.  I would definitely recommended this team for rental property management.  thank you everyone

Jose and Teresa were very proactive and highly communicative when we were ready to find a new tenant for our rental property. Following a short open for inspection campaign co-ordinated by Jose, a tenant was promptly found. The Barry Plant team arranged all required paperwork and made the application very simple. Highly recommended for rental property management.

Nothing is to hard for this agency I had a bad experience with a tenant who left my property in such a mess, Taila just took over and  basically did everything that needed to be done to get it back onto the rental market.  James had a new tenant in the property within a couple of weeks.  Would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of using Barry Plant Keilor East.

Barry plant have been fantastic from the Purchase of my Townhouse to leasing it out. Very Professional and informative and at the same time treat you like a friend. Great work Guys....
