Alex and the Ray White team recently sold our Brunswick home which had been in the family for over 40 years. We found Alex to be respectful, knowledgeable, reliable and an excellent communicator. He took the time to get to know and respond to the different vendor needs I needed more support than the other vendor! and he nurtured relationships with potential buyers.  His passion, drive and work ethic during the campaign all came together on auction day, where Alex demonstrated he is the master of the auction and he achieved an outstanding result for us. I would recommend Silvia Valenti from Ray White Brunswick. She was our property manager, and we were highly satisfied with the service she provided as a tenant for one of her property. Silvia always looked after us and promptly respond to all our communication. She always made sure that we were her priority as a tenant, and everything was smooth during our time with her. Its the first real estate who cares for its tenant as I have been with 4 different real estate in past 10 years and this one is the best and Silvia is the best property manager I have ever dealt with.She cares for her tenant as a part of family  Thank you, Silvia for helping us with everything. Alex and the team at Ray White Brunswick gave excellent service and advice when selling our family home in Coburg. Honestly, we have dealt with a lot of terrible Real Estate companies and real estate agents over the time we were looking. Jessica has been absolutely stellar as our property manager. She has been responsive, attentive, and wonderful to deal with. We recently needed some serious renovations done with our house and she has been such a fantastic manager through the whole process. Very appreciative of her and the team!

Tricia is an honest and hardworking property manager, who takes great pride in her work. She is extremely professional and has excellent communication skills. Regardless of the time or day, she responds to phone calls, and if busy, is always prompt in returning calls. We have felt that Tricia has been very genuine in her support, as well as making us feel valued as a landlord. We highly recommend Tricia and know that she will always put the landlord's best interest first before her own.
