Helpful while you're paying them, but as soon as that stops they turn on you. Property Manager waited a week to tell us the landlord was selling, had us clean up for photos, then decided our furniture and clutter (toys for two children under 5) didn't look nice, despite being the same at every inspection, and gave us 60 days to vacate. We were called 3 weeks in asking why we weren't out yet, basically trying to hurry us up as "the sooner you're out the better it is for us", called us before we were due to return the keys asking if they could do the final inspection early, then received no contact after that until we were taken to VCAT for over $500 without even a phone call to notify us of the problems. They were clearly trying to re-coup some of their lost money by having to sell later than they wanted as they were only awarded $55 for minor cleaning issues
