Worst real estate agency I have ever rented thru.
Broken house, don't respond to tenants. Broken door for 3 months just waiting on response from ray white.
Yellow stained water ran throughout the house and it took them a year to realise.
Kitchen with spiders and rats accessing through cracks on the floor.
Headache to get bond back. 
Would not recommend this agency to my worst enemy.

Have rented with these guys for 7 months now and property manager Mary aswell as admin team Ariel are lazy and lack of commitment to the tenants. When selling houses they seem to be okay probably cause they get commission out of it but when it comes to private renting they just don't care. Please guys I advise you to look after your tenants and not shove them aside and be more thoughtful. After this year is done I would definitely move on with another with YPA, Bells, etc. the operation manager needs to follow up this because I've heard aswell tenants aren't happy with this agency. So please step up your game or get further training on what your doing. Thanks.

Eddy was one of 3 agents we asked to look after our property.  We found him to be both professional and down to earth, a very genuine person.  Before we had made a decision on which agent to go with he contacted us a few times with potential buyers,  he was available at all times to answer questions & give advice.  Unfortunately we did decide to go with another agent who seemed to have more experience in the area & we thought a larger clientelle.  We were wrong & very much regret out decision!
