I take my hat off to Tamara, the office manager. She is so organised and I bet she’s the one who keeps that place running so smoothly. Despite the many and varied duties I’m sure she has, she never forgets names and/or property addresses and is always on top of everything that goes on there. I reckon she’s the engine room of St Albans S & L :) Also, given that part of her job is to liaise between tenants and landlords, which I imagine would be oftentimes very trying, to say the least, she is never fazed or flustered.
