I would like to address an issue that can really be frustrating dealing with person that work for realestate agents.

I would like to commend Angela on very prompt service keeping me informed at all times. No time lag. I have trained many people in customer service and I would be proud to employ. I think that you have been amazing. Always helpful.
Your boss should be proud, most renters will buy and with you I'm you would help them out. I would be very happy if they were like you.

Do not use Ray White Taylors lakes for your investment properties.
As a landlord, I found their property exit report very vague and poor at best.
They left both rear doors wide open, claimed the property was clean, yet has sickening dirt and grime build up on all benches, showers, stove, oven and all air vents that's impossible to miss.
Missed critical issues my property had that required urgent attention like water leaks with mould and missing door locks.
I have no concern dealing with maintenance issues, but when im not informed of them and their reports do not reflect the issues on the property, you wonder if they even care about your property or your tenant.

I have been conducting auctions for this business for a couple of years now & what I can say is that their auction campaigns are run extremely thoroughly. Their clearance rates are incredibly high, almost always with lots of bidding.

Went to an open for inspection and waited an hour for the agent to turn up as we had been told they were running late. We were asked to fill in a pre approved application to view the property which we had done. Not very happy as the inspection time was booked by the agent and no alerts to say the inspection had been cancelled which it hadn't been.
