I would highly recommend Glenn Warnick to everyone I know.
His customer service is superb right from the beginning to the end.
He is the most honest and most patient agent I know around compared to others. Take my word , he is really patient when I say patient to the point you won’t believe.He doesn’t just focus on the seller but he gives it his all to help both parties in all aspects.
All in all , I have not met any real estate agent who can out perform him by far.

Glenn at O’Brien Real Estate made the process of selling our first home the most stress free and process driven it could have been. 
A consummate professional who strives to get the highest price, Glenn went above and beyond our agreement to secure us the best outcome. 
Working with Glenn has been an absolute pleasure. We were overseas and were not able to communicate easily, Glenn adapted his usual process to keep us informed. He helped us with some small maintanence on the property, coordinated the mowing of lawns for best presentation. He treated the place like his own and it’s exactly what we were looking for.
