I moved from interstate looking for a home to purchase. 

I had a look at all the agency's in the area and basically contacted them all. 

Greg Hocking Caroline Springs which was at the time Melbourne Estate Agents promised to look into homes for my family. 

I saw a property they had listed online to make an appointment to view the home. 

I was advised by a Shay that the time would be 6pm. She never turned up even after I called numerous times.....

The following day Shay called my husband and advised she was in a car accident and had broken her leg.

Surprisingly at the time she was contacting my husband I went into the agency and to my surprise no broken leg. 

I called and gave a different name and Shay said she could do a viewing next week as the owner was away. 

I found this very strange so I actually went to the home and knocked on the door to ask if the owner was home. 

The pleasant lady who was the owner was home advised she had never been advised of an interest in her property. 

I was utterly disturbed at the fact that Shay would not only lie to a potential buyer but not represent the seller. 

In the end the seller changed estate agents and I purchased her property she advised that Shay still charged her an advertising fee. 

I'm amazed that Shay is still the owner. 

From previous reviews looks like only thing that has changed is literally the name. 

I do not recommend this agency.

After searching around local real estate agents to help with the lease of my investment property - i decided to go with Greg Hocking. Had the pleasure of meeting Lauren and what a superstar she is. As I am no expert in leasing - she made me feel comfortable and made the whole process a breeze! Could not recommend this company any more!! Thank you Lauren for your hard work and reassurance. I will be recommending you and the company to everyone! :)

This is a really unprofessional real estate firm, the worst I've ever come across. I unfortunately had to deal with an agent by the names of Lauren, who was very unprofessional and did not look after her clients very well. Not only did she lie to me and my family, but her receptionist lied to us as well. They did no shows to house inspections with NO notice WHATSOEVER. EXTREMELY annoying considering we took work off and waited around in the rain for them to turn up. There are MUCH better real estate agents in the area that actually care about their clients. Do not bother with Greg Hocking CS.

I had the misfortune of dealing with this Real Estate Agent and both the owner Shae Joiner and the property manager Lauren Cassar were very unprofessional they forged my signature on the lease and can't explain who signed it.  Had to take them to VCAT to get all the repairs done to the  Rental property after 88 days of waiting to get urgent electrical problems with the house i'm renting and i am still getting repairs done that should of been done 6 months ago. Would'nt deal with this agent if they were the last agent on Earth and would not recommend them at all.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS REALESTATE AGENCY

I will list all the problems

1- Rent went up 3 times in a month.
2- Had to take Greg Hoking to VCAT to get electrical issues fixed.
3- I was abused by the owner over the phone.
4- Took 6 months to get anything fixed.
5- This realestate agent has had a name change 3 times I'm assuming it's for the above and below reasons.....

The facts  - paid 6 months in advance advised the day of receiving keys that the lights were flashing in the home and was advised by Shai ( the owner mind you) her electrician said " it may be a fire risk so it's not an urgent repair " had my own electrian out advised was an urgent repair. 

6 months later after wining at VCAT it was deemed a fire hazard. 

Home was dirty 

I co signed with another tenant then the Angency forged the signiture of the co tenant leaving me solely responsible for the lease. 

Police have been informed of the fraud. 

Responses when asking to have things fixed are as follows and why I am getting treated this way.

Not urgent repairs 
Someone will be out there soon 
Stop calling 
I'm sorry 
Getting threatened to have my head punched in!!!!

The staff are terrible and not reliable and the owner Shae is an absolute rude and disrespectful person. 

Stay away from this angency if you want a pleasant tenancy.
