I rented an apartment with Hocking Stuart and found that the customer service was nothing but appalling. Phone calls would never be returned nor would emails. I have moved out of the property and have been living else where for over a month now yet still dealing with issues as a result of their lack of communication and professionalism. If you think you have a found property you like through them, look elsewhere! I am sure you can find something better. Just not worth the time or energy

Never fixed anything and then refuse to return my bond but won't make a vcat application either. Told me they would need to apply to vcat within 10 days but it's been over a month and they still haven't, don't respond to my contact and are very unprofessional and rude.

Worst service by their agents.. Poor follow ups. Property managers don't know what they are doing. They keep on harrasing their tenants.

if you looking for rent a home or house , you will find a very bad treat as if you need money from them , and no way to speak with the manager he is busy
