I've been to a few vic roads offices in the last 18 years but received the best service at sunshine office. The ladies at the counter were very polite and helpful. Thanks a lot.
Very organised! We booked head, on the day checked in and were served in 5 minutes for a US license transfer. Very quick and there is a coffee shop next door!
I went yesterday to transfer my plate number, I was welcomed with a smile, the waiting time was 5 minutes only, the waiting are is nice and clean, the staff member at counter 7 was so professional, only three minutes to finalize the work. A big thank you to everyone there :
My partner and I just went first thing in the morning to sort out our car registration. The customer service officer was very helpful and even helped arrange a drivers licence transfer for me which we would usually have had to make an appointment for because there weren’t many people waiting. She answered all of our questions and made proactive suggestions about things we hadn’t thought of. Keep up the great work!
I went to get an Learner permit card with my partner. Normally, My English is not good, but the reception staff explained the details clearly and advised me to prepare the necessary documents in advance for quicker processing. I am especially grateful to Ms. Zvez, the staff member at the counter who was very patient and made every effort to ensure I understood. She was very kind and efficient in her work. She answered all our questions and gave us suggestions about things we didn’t think of. I had a very good experience at this office. I felt truly grateful.
