VicRoads - Hub@Sunshine

Have to say - there's heaps of people here but the queue goes real fast with the ticket system - also the guy at greeting stand when you walk in was helpful in getting me to select the right stuff as well.

Rude staff experiencing difficulties solving simple problems, poor processes (even with people guiding when you walk in). Extremely loud inside and very untidy, disabled toilet closed, waiting area is filthy. Very bad customer experience.

Had a very bad experience.the staff member that served me had a very bad attitude n dont bother to listen.. her name was MEGAN.. gave me wrong info too... she asked me to get my learner permit again and asked me to pay again where i could reissue it as it was not expired yet..
