Let me say if you are wanting excellent customer service then you can't get much better than Vic Roads, Sunshine. From the minute you walk in and are greeted by a customer service officer and security guard you feel welcomed.nMy son couldn't log into his My Learners and we went in and were seen in 5 minutes. The guy who served us unfortunately I didn't get his name was so patient and friendly. He put my son at ease and fixed the problem straight away. He let us stay and re log in a few times just to make sure it was working properly.nMy son had a similar experience with another staff member when he applied for his L's so I know the staff here are all giving 100% to excellent customer service. I highly recommend Vic roads, Sunshine for any vehicle/ transport or licence requirements.
I had a great experience at VicRoads Sunshine, especially thanks to Bernadette. She was extremely kind, professional, and accommodating, and made the whole process much easier and less stressful for me. She took the time to help and explain everything clearly, and I genuinely felt looked after. I was very happy dealing with her, and she really made my experience at VicRoads a positive one. Thank you, Bernadette.

Very poor customer service here never feel happy to do any services. Done in other Vicroad but its worth never been Vicroad Sunshine again
I attended late 2020 to change my NT license and rego over to Vic. An employee wearing a badge with the name 'Jag' assisted me through the entire process in a fantastic manner. Memorably professional, kind and friendly. No idea if Jag was her real name but had an Australian accent, mediterranean appearance, aged approx early 40's.
