My partner and I just went first thing in the morning to sort out our car registration. The customer service officer was very helpful and even helped arrange a drivers licence transfer for me which we would usually have had to make an appointment for because there weren’t many people waiting. She answered all of our questions and made proactive suggestions about things we hadn’t thought of. Keep up the great work!
I went to get an Learner permit card with my partner. Normally, My English is not good, but the reception staff explained the details clearly and advised me to prepare the necessary documents in advance for quicker processing. I am especially grateful to Ms. Zvez, the staff member at the counter who was very patient and made every effort to ensure I understood. She was very kind and efficient in her work. She answered all our questions and gave us suggestions about things we didn’t think of. I had a very good experience at this office. I felt truly grateful.
Appointment was at 12:25. I showed up 10mins early in case of forms. Got served at 1pmnGot out at 1:10pm. Place doesn’t even have a bathroom you can use while you are waiting. They make you walk to the train station down the road. Are you kidding me? This is a government office for peats sake at least have a bathroom!nnThe people working there are doing their best, they are efficient and trying. The lack of two extra stars is for the facilities and the lack of managing the staffing levels.
Popped in for a new license photo and was in and out within 10 minutes. Such a swift service and the consultant I worked with so delightful. Overall great visit.
I wanted to send a big thank you to Thanh and Lisa. They were both absolutely incredible today. When one of the other customer service representatives refused to help me out, just as I was about to leave, Thanh came up to me and offered a helping hand. Without his help, I would have been in an extremely stressful situation, so words cannot describe how grateful I am. I hope that VicRoads hires more people like you guys who have a genuine passion for helping people out.
