You as government office have mentioned in bold letters that unhappy behaviour with staff will not be tolerated, you've spent our tax money to fit cameras facing customers but haven't you thought that a camera should be facing your staff as well - to see how they behave with us and what kind of unreasonable responses they give us when we go seeking help.nnWhy don't you install AI camera facing your staff and start monitoring what we go through. To get one job done we have to visit your Service Australia office minimum of 3 times.nnStaff at sunshine office are hopeless. If you respond to me I will give you time of visit and staff's name so that you can check what he has done.
This establishment is absolutely shameful and the staff should take a good long look at themselves, as if they are constantly so unfriendly, uncaring and uncooperative then they should reconsider their line of work. For those already going through struggle, the last thing they need is condescension.nUtterly pathetic display.
Very inreaponsible staff all of them , I have been applying for job seeker since one month , I have visited the office 4 times and I have called them 3 times , they took my form in office but they didn’t upload it in my account , very bullshit . They just deceive you .and waste your time .nNot recommended .nEspecially when you go to office after you finished with them they will take your ticket paper and scan and they will give review themselves and all of them they will choose excellent .nOr they follow up and stand behind you and ask you to click excellent option .nVery bad service .
The receptionist was very rude and aggressive. She never showed any respect.
I had appointment today 05/05/2025, 11:05 am the man who’s was in reception 1 , he was very rude person, even he didn’t give me a chance to explain my bank statement, I never had that experience before in Australia with any department, before that I came reception 1 the lady was there but the lady was ok, when I go back bring my statement from the bank, the man he talked with me very disrespectful, very rude
