Just needed a document certified. Was told to wait by an officer who went out back, to then wait 40 min and no one returned to the front desk. Decided to leave to another station. They're either severely under staffed or lazy at responding to those at the service desk.
I call pull the women can't I sarg. You poof.
Very unhelpful officers, tried my best to cooperate with them what happened. They never bothered helping me solve any problems in any case, ridiculous cops. Would like to see them, working hard and doing there jobs to stop crime. Dont make me say, i get major problems where i go with people. I dont need to call the cops, need to avoid and that is a mission complete.
No one answers the phone. I have called on several occasions on serious matters.
So hard just to get information, phone lines continually hang up on you. Trying to do the right thing, no wander people just call 000.
This police station has been very helpful every time I've needed to contact them - from young child running away, to stole rego plates, to illegal activities needing to be reported. They've always been fast acting and happy to help in anyway they can, including offering support and giving details of people to talk to if needed. Even though I'm sure there's many other things they need to attend to, I'm thankful that they always take their time to help where they can.
Went to get information on signing legal papers and was helped by a young female officer she was very polite and helpful as well thankyou to the Victoria police. They are trying there best can't be in to places at the one time
I called Sunshine Police Station in Victoria at 1.15pm on a Friday. Expecting an answer after listening to their options and selecting a correct option. There was no answer. I hung-up my phone after 45 seconds wait. Terribly inefficient for a police force.
