If i could give this agency 0 stars i would. Extremely disappointed with the service I received when applying for a rental property through this agency. In fact i wouldn't call it a service at all!
My partner and i applied for a property first thing on a Monday morning and were told we would hear back from Nicole in a couple of days. 
That never happened so after a few unsuccessful attempts to contact Nicole and no calls returned we decided to go into the office to ask her in person about what stage our application was at. She fed us nothing but lies, basically belittled our application because we only have a rental history from 18 years ago and since then only owned our own home which we had just sold. 
Her response towards us was " how do i know you're not going to trash this house and gamble all of you're money away?" Maybe if she called our selling agent she would have known our home was immaculate and well looked after, checked our bank statements we provided to see our regular savings history instead questioning us on many things we answered on our application and cover letter which just told me she never read our application and we know for a fact our references were never called.
We found out we were unsuccessful a week and a half later! Basically we believe we were strung along just incase the accepted applicants pulled out. Instead of telling us someone else had been chosen. We kept catching them out on endless lies and BS. We weren't then asked if they could assist us further, very unprofessional!
We will be buying, subdividing and selling in the future and be sure that we will NEVER go through this agency! We work in land development and will be slagging this business to anyone who cares to listen! AVOID THIS AGENCY! We have since found a rental and were accepted within 24 hours! I have been dealing Barlow Real estate Agents over the past 10 years. I have always found them to be efficient, friendly and thorough. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for the best service
