After an amazing job selling our home in Williamstown 7 years ago, the first phone call we made when looking to relocate back to Melbourne and Williamstown was to Anthony Anile and the team at Hocking Stuart. 
Extremely professional, committed and always putting the client first, Anthony was once again fantastic in helping us buy the property of our dreams. My advice is don't take the risk and allow anyone else but Anthony and the team assist you with possibly the biggest sale or purchase of your life !

Im not one to usually write reviews. However, the service we've received from Mitch, Anthony and the team at Hocking Stuart at both Williamstown and Altona is worth the time to write about.  Mitch went beyond the call of duty in helping us find the right home and navigating the purchase.  I know ultimately he was working for the vendor, but Mitch made us feel just as important.  His incredibly friendly and professional disposition meant nothing was too much trouble, he was quick to answer any queries, kept us well informed and was incredibly easy to deal with. This was our first home purchase and the company turned a distressing ordeal into a very positive one that has left a lasting impression, and one that speaks volumes of the pride Anthony has in his business. 

It didn't stop at the sale. 1 year on and we've been considering some renovation, so Mitch and Tony came and gladly gave of their time to provide some advice on the future sale potential of the changes. Tony spent considerable time providing further recommendations.  Safe to say when its time to sell we will be contacting Mitch and Hocking Stuart to make our next move a smooth, happy and successful one.

Andrew at the Hocking Stuart Williamstown office was our main contact for the purchase of our new property in the area. He made the entire process as stress free as possible and kept us informed throughout. I would certainly use their services if we ever looked to buy or sell in the future!
