Excellent service by Rob Gillies at Hocking Stuart South Yarra. Tenants recently broke their lease. Rob quickly and pro actively advertised, conducted a home open and signed up new tenants all within two weeks. Well done Rob!

Rob Gillies from Hocking Stuart has been great to deal with. We’ve really appreciated him taking the time to thoroughly explain the process to us and help us step by step. We were also really impressed that he managed to exceed our expectations of what we could get for our property. Rob’s been a great communicator and we have definitely felt like a valued customer.

Rob Gillies has handled my rental property with great efficiency. My lovely tenants of four and half years had to move on at short notice and Rob has managed to find a suitable new tenant at a busy time of year without fuss or bother. He has attended to all details promptly and congenially.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE. The first time encounter with one of the agents, Jason Tan, showed that he couldn't have cared less about his job. I him asked about what other properties are on the market and told me to look at the website myself to find out, so I did and found other properties under his name which he could have easily mentioned a few given there were a few in the area I was looking. Second time encounter a few days later for another property, I was stuck in school pick-up traffic so I called Jason to let him know I might be two minutes late. After parking the car, I sprinted to the property with two minutes to spare, he saw me coming and picked up the open sign walked to his car. Jason didn't even have the courtesy to wait for me as I made my last 20 metres there, he just turned his back on me and walked off as if he didn't see me. It was a huge disappointment and horrible customer experience.
