We were renting a property from Hocking Stuart. Found them very easy to deal with, any queries dealt with efficiently.  Part way through our tenancy Marc Wilson took over and the standard of care significantly increased.  Our owner wanted to move back in which was less than ideal but Marc handled it with the best interests for both parties clearly evident. Moving out was easy and his communications was quick and effective. Would highly recommend Marc and Hocking Stuart.

For the past two years Julian Jardine has provided the most excellent property management I have experienced as a renter. He is responsive and attends to any request or query immediately. Julian is a wonderful communicator and demonstrates respect for tenants and the property, which I am sure the landlords also appreciate. It is this care and consideration that has allowed us to feel at home in the property, it makes renting feel less stressful and so much easier. Most sincerely, I have never experienced this high level of property management as a renter and if I was a landlord I would want Julian to manage my property! So much focus is placed on sales in real estate but working with Julian it is obvious just how vital excellent property managers are. Thank you Julian.

I am very appreciated our agent and every property manager's service that I have been use many years.especially current manager Ms Amelia Rudd.  their very care customer's interest and benefit. they treat  both owner and tenant  fairly.their communication is prompt and completely.  I wish can enjoy their service continuously.

We have been tenants at a rental managed by Julian for almost two years and our experience has been excellent. Julian has made a point of managing requests or queries we have in an efficient and up-front way. He will often answer our requests immediately, phoning the land lord (who I expect also appreciates his clear, efficient & upfront manner) and then filling us in on decisions and outcomes straight away. Julian has shown us great respect as tenants with these actions (rare in rental-land!), and he has always spoken-highly of and represented the landlord really well also. I am a landlord with Hocking Stuart Albert Park. 
We have a property in Port Melbourne and could not be happier with the management we receive. The property is inspected regularly with a detailed report sent to us. They will always contact me if a problem arises with our tenants or apartment. The entire team is courteous, communicative and professional. I would have no hesitations recommending highly the management team in Albert Park.
