We received totally professional service from day one. The team was very responsive and reasonable to work with. Sold before auction for an exceptional price. They took the worry out of everything. I couldn't speak more highly of the team at RT Edgar Albert Park.

We dealt with Simon Graf of RT Edgar recently in the sale of our Port Melbourne apartment. Simon was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was a total breath of fresh air when it comes to Real Estate Agents. He is genuine, humble and friendly. Best of all he personally negotiated an excellent sales outcome for us exceeding our expectations. His rates were also very reasonable, which the outcome more than justified. Could not recommend Simon more highly.

Totally exceeded our expectations!

As first time buyers, and looking to purchase our family home, we were very nervous with all aspects especially the many decisions having to be made along the way. Hearing some stories from friends and family about feeling pressured by agents and not being informed of anything throughout the buying process, this didn’t help with our nerves.

When we met Simon face-to-face at the first open for inspection his eagerness to help us and genuine understanding of our situation settled our nerves straight away.

Whilst Simon was of course there to assist the Vendor in selling their home, we did not feel that this was his only intention. He was able to reassure us and keep our emotions in check without us feeling pressured and made sure to make arrangements for inspections and telephone discussions at times convenient to us. Anything that didn’t need our response, Simon would courteously leave a message or send us an email.

Simon kept us in the loop of forthcoming inspections, was quick to obtain answers to our many, many questions/enquiries regarding the property and the Contract of Sale/Vendor Statement. The result absolutely exceeded our expectation and we now get to enjoy Christmas and a Melbourne Summer in our new home by the beautiful bay. 

We really felt that Simon had our best interests in mind and the result proved well for us. Simon and the RT Edgar Albert Park team took great consideration in what we were looking for and our hopes for the journey ahead. We very much look forward to any dealings we may have with Simon again in the future.
